Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — we offer a free one-day trial pass so you can experience the floor, a class, and meet the coaches before committing.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can pause for medical reasons or cancel anytime with prior notice.
Do you provide personal training?
Yes, personal training sessions are included in our Pro and Elite plans, and can also be purchased separately by Starter members.
What should I bring on my first visit?
Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a valid ID. We provide towels and can guide you through the equipment.
